Brittany is vice president of Florida Blue Farms in Orange Heights. She’s also a sales representative at Florida Woodland Group, a real estate firm that specializes in rural/agricultural properties. Brittany is married to Ryan and resides in Gainesville with their weimaraner, Carlos.

Paul Norfleet
Paul joined the Alachua County Farm Bureau board in 2016.

Ronnie Spencer
Ronnie is the owner of a small herd of beef cattle and grows small grains, seeds and millet. He is also the owner of a small nursery and chainlink fence company. Ronnie is married and a member of the Alachua First United Methodist Church.

Richard Feagle
Richard is a cattle rancher in southwest Alachua County and owner of Archer Automotive & Tire. Richard has been married to Cecile for 29 years. He has two sons, Ryan and Justin, two daughter-in-laws, and one grandson, Cason.

Bob Shaw
Bob is a timber farmer and a past member of the NRCS board and Dudley Farm State Park board. Bob worked for Florida Farm Bureau Federation for 34 years. He’s married to Marilyn. His family has been in Alachua County since 1863.

Bill Brown
Bill was the Alachua County Extension for 33 years. He grew up on a farm in Western Kentucky growing corn, soybean, and cattle. His family has been farming since 1919. Bill is married to Sue and has one son.

Rod Hemphill
Rod is Alachua County Farm Bureau’s communications advisor. A former journalist, news director and broadcast network manager, he retired in 2010 as Director of Public Relations for the Florida Farm Bureau Federation.

Phil Leary
Phil serves as the Governmental/Environmental Consultant for Alachua County Farm Bureau. He’s the principal at Leary Governmental Affairs Consultants and represents private sector clients on legislative, environmental, and public policy issues at local, state, and federal governments. He previously worked with Florida Farm Bureau Federation, St. Johns Water River Water Management District, and several county governments.
